Families currently in receipt of the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) or the full-grant under the Student Financial Assistance Agency - Student Financial Assistant Schemes in the school year 2024-2025, if they want to apply the Fee Remission, they are only necessary to submit a copy of the “Notification of Successful Application” / “Notification of Revision of Assistance” or “Notification of Result” which issued by the related institution, instead of the documentary proof on total income or unavoidable medical expenses (if applicable), and fill in Part 1 - Particulars of the Applicant and Spouse (if applicable) personal data (not include the income and medical expenses items) of the Application Form for Student Financial Assistance Schemes, and submit after signing on the declaration page. 正領取綜合社會保障援助(綜援)的家庭或已成功申請2024-2025年度在職家庭及學生資助事務處-學生資助處全額資助的家庭，如欲申請學費減免，只須上傳由相關機構發出的「申請獲准通知書」/「調整援助金額通知書」或「申請結果通知書」的副本，代替全年收入的證明文件副本或必須支付的醫療開支(如適用)，並填寫申請人資料內-申領資助學生資料、申請人及配偶(如適用)資料，及在聲名書按簽署後遞交。
